i think that people ought to have more right to make motions in parliment and to vote on them themselves….with the communications tools we have now we could vote on actual bills and not the representitive with perhaps an empty promise…through commercials on the net and bell television we could inform the public and truly let them run the country…within reason of course we still need parliment to handle most of the work….but why can’t the general public vote on actual bills and not representitives….again it made sense to vote on a representitive when the country was settled when communication between the national public was difficult but less so now……
